HR Senior Executive
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist
- Responsible for end-to-end recruitment process and cycle, whilst aligning with business managers for recruitment plans and sourcing strategies
- Assist Manager to create job descriptions, job grading and training need analysis
- Provide support for HR programs and initiatives, e.g. training & development, engagement activities, organisational change, succession plan, etc
- Any other tasks / projects that may be assigned from time to time
- 'Bachelor Degree in Psychology or Human Resources related.
- Fluent in English both oral and written.
- Minimum 3 years experience handling end to end process of Recruitment, Training & Development.
- Computer Literate (Ms. Word, Ms. Excel, MS. Power Point).
- Have knowledge in Recruitment Process, Assessment tools, Behavior interview, Training.
- Creative, critical thinking and good analytical skills.
- Have a good communication skills, responsible, honest,good attitude, attention to detail, good in administration, adaptable, proactive, multitasking, excellent interpersonal skills.
- Able to work towards deadline with right sense of urgency and able to work overtime if necessary
- A dedicated person with high level of integrity.
