Job Description:
Job Purpose
- To provide overall leadership, strategic direction, and effective management for a company or business unit.
- Guides the organization towards its goals, ensuring operational efficiency, fostering a positive organizational culture, and driving financial success.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales revenue through share gain and share of wallet, product upgradation and conversion to recycle.
- Lead the direct sales team to deliver required sales target.
- Develop deep relationship with senior executives, decision makers in customer organization.
- Implement tactical actions to improve margin and ensure collection performance.
- Oversee the entire manufacturing process, from raw material procurement to product delivery, ensuring efficiency and quality at every stage.
- Implement and optimize production schedules to meet customer demands while maintaining cost-effectiveness.
- Provide strong leadership to the local managers team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Develop and mentor team members to enhance their skills and contribute to their professional growth.
- Drive for actions to deliver Thailand financial KPI: Sales, EBIT, FCF.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and other relevant legal requirements.
General Requirements
- University degree/post-graduate qualification with specialization in either General Management, Sales, Marketing or Finance.
- At least 5 years of successful management experience
- Extensive network of external contacts including customers, government officials, labor leaders, lawyers, consultants etc.
- Outstanding organizational and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Ability to influence and strong negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical & problem-solving ability.
- Fluent in English
