Job Purpose

• To provide overall leadership, strategic direction, and effective management for a company or business unit.
• Guides the organization towards its goals, ensuring operational efficiency, fostering a positive organizational culture, and driving financial success.

Main Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales revenue through share gain and share of wallet, product upgradation and conversion to recycle.

• Lead the direct sales team to deliver required sales target.

• Develop deep relationship with senior executives, decision makers in customer organization.

• Implement tactical actions to improve margin and ensure collection performance.

• Oversee the entire manufacturing process, from raw material procurement to product delivery, ensuring efficiency and quality at every stage.

• Implement and optimize production schedules to meet customer demands while maintaining cost-effectiveness.

• Provide strong leadership to the local managers team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

• Develop and mentor team members to enhance their skills and contribute to their professional growth.

• Drive for actions to deliver Thailand financial KPI: Sales, EBIT, FCF.

• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and other relevant legal requirements.

General Requirements

• University degree/post-graduate qualification with specialization in either General Management, Sales, Marketing or Finance.

• At least 5 years of successful management experience

• Extensive network of external contacts including customers, government officials, labor leaders, lawyers, consultants etc.

• Outstanding organizational and leadership skills.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.

• Ability to influence and strong negotiation skills.

• Strong analytical & problem-solving ability.

• Fluent in English
