Job Descriptions :

• A senior executive responsible for overseeing an organization's technological needs, strategies, and development.
• Reporting directly to the CEO or another top-level executive, the CTO plays a pivotal role in shaping the organization's technology vision, roadmap, and innovation initiatives. 
• The CTO collaborates closely with other C-suite members, department heads, and technology teams to drive technological advancements that align with the organization's business objectives.

Requirements 

• * Min. Bachelor Degree in IT related education

• * Strong knowledge in IT banking/finance

• * Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities, with a

  collaborative and inclusive approach to team management

• * Advanced knowledge about IT business & strategy

• * Strong awareness on IT Risk and Compliance

• * Experience in same position at least 2 years (General Manager)

• * Any gender

• * English skills is a must
