Job Description & Requirement 

• Bachelors degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• 3 - 5 years of sales management experience, preferably with knowledge or background in the 2-wheeler (motorcycle) industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading a sales team.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Solid analytical and strategic thinking skills to identify and act on market opportunities.
