Main Responsibilities:

• Strategic cooperation business resources combing, matching the development direction
• Team building and training to improve the professional process and development ability of the development team
• Network planning and layout of core cities
• Development of archives construction and asset management
• Commercial market development planning and commercial real estate understanding and prediction
• Supporting knowledge acquisition, analysis to support market development
• Continue to improve the development system, continue to sort out the business model matching stage development
• Strategic alliances for core businesses
• Have experience in developing brand from local market to overseas is a plus point, helping the company expand into more stores.

Requirements

• Have more than 8 years of experience in development and site selection, including more than 3 years of work experience in charge of development
• Have the corresponding team management experience, team management in more than 10 peoples
• Have experience in the development and management of franchise chain brands/direct brand catering stores, including experience in network planning, strategic alliance, national development system construction and mechanism improvement, etc.
• Experience in working with F&B brands with more than 1000 stores are preferred
• Ability to solve contradictions and conflicts (for the enterprise internal and external and market, etc.
