Sales Manager – Landed Residential Project

About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven Sales Manager to lead and oversee all sales activities for premium landed housing projects under a strategic Japanese–Indonesian Joint Venture.

This role requires strong leadership, structured sales execution, and the ability to drive performance while maintaining premium brand positioning aligned with Japanese standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the full sales cycle of landed residential projects.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and absorption targets.
  • Oversee daily sales operations, including in-house sales team and property agents.
  • Monitor pipeline, closing ratio, and sales performance metrics.
  • Ensure strong coordination with marketing, customer service, and project teams
  • Maintain premium customer experience from inquiry to handover.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasting and regular reporting to management and JV stakeholders.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and buyer behavior.

Requirements

  1. Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field.
  2. 7–15 years of experience in property sales, preferably landed residential or township projects.
  3. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  4. Strong leadership experience managing sales teams and external agents.
  5. Strategic thinking with strong execution capability.
  6. Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  7. Experience working in multinational or structured corporate environments is a plus.
