About the Role

We are seeking a highly driven Construction Manager to lead the execution of premium landed house developments under a strategic Joint Venture between a reputable Japanese company and a leading local developer.

This role requires strong technical execution, disciplined project control, and the ability to align local construction practices with Japanese quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end construction of landed residential projects (site development to handover).
• Ensure project delivery on time, within budget, and aligned with Japanese quality standards.
• Manage contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and site teams.
• Monitor construction progress, cost control, and cash flow projection.
• Enforce HSE standards and construction compliance.
• Coordinate closely with design, engineering, procurement, and commercial teams.
• Provide regular reporting to JV stakeholders and senior management.
• Drive productivity, efficiency, and continuous improvement on-site.

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 7–15 years of experience in landed residential or township development.
• Strong experience managing multiple housing units simultaneously.
• Proven track record in project scheduling, budgeting, and contractor management.
• Familiar with quality control systems and structured reporting.
• Experience working with multinational or Japanese standards is a plus.
