• This position will be based in Bali and responsible for the planning, execution and reporting of the cinnamon field activities to meet overall project deliverables.
  
• Together with the Company’s management team, develop a program strategy for delivering the key project deliverables
• Together with the Company’s management team, prepare annual work plans
• Manage the project team to deliver on work plan and deliverables
• Work with the ICT Data Manager to ensure systems are in place to capture data required for project monitoring and evaluation
• Lead the preparation of quarterly, bi-annual and annual project reporting 
• With the Finance Manager, establish team (i.e. GAP extension, nursery, certification) budgets that align with the annual work plan
• Manage team activity and resources within allocated budgets
• Contribute to project financial reporting as required by the Finance Manager 
• Participate in recruitment activities for suitably qualified project staff
• Manage and maintain project resources and equipment
• Lead communications with other ISTA project staff as required
• Monthly reporting with the Company management team
