Brand Management Manager

 Job Description:

The purpose of this role are to ensure Indosat Ooredoo Business brand are acknowledge as leading ICT services provider in Indonesia, drive leads and business relationship opportunities within ICT services through series of campaigns, communication, PR & events as well as enabling sales tools & collaterals.

He/She are responsible for the development of integrated marketing communication efforts from concept to implementation to increase the value and performance Indosat Ooredoo Business brand, products and services to meet the goals of the assigned program areas and to maximize revenue opportunities.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor degree preferably in advertising, communication or marketing. MBA is a plus
  • Ability to build and manage team work
  • Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision and administrative support
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Knowledge of global branding principles and adherence

Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years marketing experience in brand & communication
  • Advertising or creative agency experience preferred

 

Skills:

  • Exceptional communication skills, including written, verbal, and listening skills
  • Specialized knowledge of marketing materials production and promotion
  • Demonstrated experience creating and executing successful marketing campaign plans and tactics; building and managing brands.
  • Strong writing ability
  • Strong work ethic and positive attitude
  • Exceptional project management skills and organization
Ability to multi-task without losing critical attention to detail

-       Develops  & implement marketing communication strategies, plans, and tactics for assigned programs and products

-       Translates brand strategies into brand plans, brand positioning and go-to-market strategies.

Enhances the branding of a product or service, as well as develop marketing plans through analysis of current market data and trends

-       Ensure brand consistency across all communications in internal and external touch points, including materials, events, corporate website, social media platforms, messaging, etc.

Review, approve and maintain the use of all Indosat Ooredoo Business logos and brand identity guidelines
