Sales Manager
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- This role involves supervising and managing the showroom and sales team to ensure smooth operations and effective sales strategies, within Jabodetabek Area.
- Responsible for conducting market research and analysis to identify opportunities for brand growth and sales development.
- Ensuring sales targets are achieved through strategic recruitment and comprehensive training of the sales team.
- Responsible for presenting monthly sales performance reports to stakeholders, highlighting key trends and insights for the showroom.
- Participating in project site visits and reviews with the Technical Sales team to ensure project progress and quality.
Requirements:
- Having more than 5 years of experience in managing sales within the furniture or building materials
- Having the ability to develop and implement sales strategies, market analysis, and promotional initiatives to drive revenue
- Leading, training, and motivating a sales team to achieve individual and overall sales goals.
- Strong verbal communication and customer service skills to build relationships and serve clients effectively.
- Instead of only "farming", mandatory required to have "hunter" type of salesperson (Highly driven and result-oriented)
- Having the ability to analyze market trends, identify new sales opportunities, and act with initiatives
