Telemarketing Manager

 Job Description:


General Responsibilities:

  • Devising a process propelled workflow for telemarketing or sales and also help in piloting follow-ups and qualifications.
  • Making team reimbursement arrangements and performance metrics.

  • Extend call scripts that help telemarketers with lead qualification and generation.
  • Placing and advertising the organization’s product to the clients.

  • Administering telemarketers to persuade the clients to buy the company’s services and products.
  • Renewing the client relationship management structure with fresh contacts.

Additional Information:

  • Managed over 15 different vendors to ensure that all sales goals were met or exceeded. 
  • Managed the vendor audit process which focused on performance, compliance, security, operations as well as personnel management. 
  • Managed a telemarketing staff of up to 15, to acquire new subscriptions and renewals. 
  • Responsible for staff hiring, training, payroll, and performance evaluation.
