Our client is an emerging biotech company focused on advancing therapies for autoimmune diseases is seeking a Director or Senior Director of Clinical Development to lead a global Phase 3 registrational trial. This is a high-impact role responsible for medical oversight, clinical execution, and cross-functional coordination.

Role Summary:

• Serve as Medical Monitor for a global Phase 3 study
• Oversee daily clinical operations and site engagement
• Review and interpret eligibility, imaging, and treatment data
• Collaborate across teams to ensure study quality and performance
• Support safety oversight and regulatory documentation

Qualifications:

• MD or DO with 4-6+ years of clinical development in a small biotech
• Experience in global registrational trials and medical monitoring
• Background in autoimmune disease (uveitis, rheumatology, or neuroinflammation preferred)
• Strong leadership, communication, and high sense of urgency required
