Zimbabwe Platinum Mines (Pvt) Limited (ZIMPLATS) is the largest platinum group metals producer in Zimbabwe. It owns and operates the Selous Metallurgical Complex (SMC), Ngezi Concentrator and the Ngezi Underground Mines.
Zimplats is recruiting recently qualified and highly motivated Graduates for a two (2) year structured Graduate Learnership programme that blends professional development with practical experience.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND AVAILABLE POSITIONS:
Discipline: Mining
Qualification: B.Sc. Honours Degree in Mining Engineering from a recognised University
Trainees required: 2
Discipline: Metallurgy
Qualification: B.Sc. Honours Degree in Metallurgy from a recognised University
Trainees required: 1
Discipline: Electrical Engineering
Qualification: B.Sc. Honours Degree in Electrical and/or Electronic Engineering from a recognised University
Trainees required: 1
Discipline: Mechanical Engineering
Qualification: B.Sc. Honours Degree in Mechanical Engineering from a recognised University
Trainees required: 1
Discipline: Safety Health Environment Quality (SHEQ)
Qualification: B.Sc. Honours Degree in Safety, Health and Environment Management or equivalent from a recognised University
Trainees required: 1
Discipline: Information Communication Technology (ICT)
Qualification: B.Sc. Honours Degree in Information Technology or equivalent from a recognised University
Trainees required: 1
REQUIREMENTS:
- Upper second-class (2.1) degree classification or better
- Clean class 4 driver's licence and previous record of industrial attachment would be an added advantage

LEARNERSHIP PROGRAMME STRUCTURE:
- On-the-job guided technical/functional competency development
- Expert facilitated modules off-the-job for management and leadership development
- In-function focused coaching
- Off-line mentorship support
- Cross functional rotation for all encompassing business and operations appreciation
- Quarterly progress review and final check-out assessment upon completion of the programme
