First contact
A short 20-30 minute phone conversation to get to know each other and go over basic expectations and questions

Online job interview
We assess your technological skills and attitude

Profile sheet creation
If you do well in the internal interview, we will create your professional profile sheet to present to our most relevant partner

Partner interviews
In most cases, you will have a 1-2 round interview at the partner company, where you can get to know each other even better

Make an offer
After successful interviews, we make an offer and if everyone is happy, we can start working together!
