The Role

• As a core member of an elite, distributed Scrum team, you will:
• Architect & Innovate: Design and implement scalable microservices using the latest JDK versions (Java 17/21).
• Collaborate Remotely: Partner with cross-functional teams across different locations to build new functionalities and integrate modern DevOps/Cloud practices.
• Maintain Excellence: Take ownership of production systems, conducting root cause analysis and ensuring high-quality delivery through TDD and peer reviews.
• Shape Strategy: Actively contribute to architecture planning and long-term technical roadmaps via proactive digital communication.

Technical Requirements

• Education: Degree in Computer Science or a technical field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience: 5+ years of professional experience focusing on Microservices and RESTful APIs.
• Java Expert: Highly proficient in Java 17 or above (experience with JDK 21+ is a significant plus).
• Frameworks: Mastery of Spring Boot and Spring Cloud.
• Cloud & Infrastructure: Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and RDS (MySQL).
• Testing: Strong commitment to Unit testing and TDD principles.
