We are seeking a Senior System Analyst – Finance Systems to join the Information Technology team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the implementation, enhancement, and maintenance of core finance systems, working closely with business users and external vendors.

This role plays a key part in delivering technology solutions that support finance operations, reporting, and process optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead finance system project activities including planning, timeline management, feasibility study, and requirement gathering
• Manage user acceptance testing (UAT), training, and system documentation
• Support finance system enhancements and process improvement initiatives
• Troubleshoot system issues and ensure stable system operations
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors for system development and delivery
• Translate business requirements into effective IT solutions aligned with finance objectives

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline
• Minimum 8 years of experience in system development, implementation, and project management
  (Candidates with less experience may be considered for System Analyst level)
• Strong experience in finance systems (e.g., accounting, budgeting, financial reporting systems)
• Experience working with vendors and business users
• Strong technical skills in SQL and advanced MS Excel functions
• Experience in system implementation and enhancement projects
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
