Responsibilities:

• Contribute to core libraries and the design system.
• Prototype and/or redesign features.
• Engage in code reviews and technical design and architecture evaluations.
• Monitor and enhance system performance.
• Document application modifications.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders globally.
• Embrace agile development principles, methodologies, and adopt DevOps practices, including CI/CD/CM.
• Exhibit a self-starter mentality alongside strong leadership skills and a focus on team objectives.

Mandatory Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience with proficiency in Core Java and extensive experience in Object-Oriented design architecture.
• Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks, particularly React.
• Familiarity with Domain-Driven Design and Event/Message-driven architectures (e.g., MQs, Kafka).
• Experience with microservices and caching technologies.
• Knowledge of relational and document databases capable of handling large volumes of data.
• Quick learner with the ability to grasp and follow the systems functional processes.
• Practical experience in DevOps and agile development practices.
