Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and enhance core exchange trading and market data systems with high performance and low latency.
• Lead system analysis and architecture design for trading and market data platforms.
• Produce high-quality technical deliverables including functional specifications, design documentation, and test plans.
• Partner with business stakeholders and user divisions to gather, analyze, and translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Provide production support for mission-critical systems, ensuring system stability, performance, and timely issue resolution.
• Identify and assess technological risks, driving mitigation strategies and continuous improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams on initiatives with shared system dependencies.
• Promote technical excellence by applying industry best practices in software engineering, DevOps, and system design.
• Ensure adherence to organizational policies, security standards, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, IT, or related discipline.
• Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience in software development, preferably within exchange, trading, or financial market environments.
• Proven experience developing large-scale, mission-critical market systems.
• Strong programming expertise in C/C++, Java, .NET, and/or Python.
• Solid understanding of networking concepts, web technologies, and database systems.
• Good knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and system monitoring.
• Strong understanding of securities and/or derivatives markets.
