A Hong Kong–based, tech-forward hedge fund focus on systematic and building AI/agentic tooling internally with organic growth.

We are looing for Technologist Operations to automate and stabilize fund back-office processes — spanning operations, automation, and some coding/AI. You'll start by solving real pain points, then expand into cross-functional automation and agentic AI workloads. This role is designed for career growth across projects.

Must-have:

• 3–8 years in a technical role (trading operations, hedge fund tech, or similar)
• Strong Python and Linux expertise
• Ability to automate manual processes and resolve live production issues
• Collaborative mindset — work with Operations and Development teams

What you'll do:

• Build and enhance automation for trading operation systems and workflows
• Drive root-cause resolution of complex production issues
• Automate data ingestion, PMS/OEMS integration, and risk/P&L pipelines
• Partner with internal teams to onboard new products and initiatives

Nice-to-have (not mandatory):

• Buy-side / hedge fund operational experience
• Interest in AI/agentic tools
• Automation project experience
