Project Manager - Luxury Hotel Opening (Macau)
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
Lead and deliver the hotel opening project from planning through execution.
Oversee vendor management, contractors, and application-related project deliverables.
Manage project budgets and financials, including cost estimation, tracking, and reporting.
Ensure timely execution of all project phases while meeting high-quality standards.
Prepare and maintain project management documentation for smooth reporting and governance.
Coordinate mobile device deployment and technology-related initiatives.
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration across regional and remote teams.
Serve as a key liaison between stakeholders to ensure project alignment and successful delivery.
Requirements
Strong can-do and proactive attitude.
7 years of project management experience, including vendor management.
Proven track record in hotel opening projects is highly preferred.
Strong skills in communication, leadership, and stakeholder management.
Excellent project documentation, organizational, and time management abilities.
Fluent in English and Cantonese.
Analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
Experience managing budgets, financials, and regional/remote projects.
Experience with mobile device deployment projects.
Certifications: PMP, Agile, and ITIL are highly preferred.
- ServiceNow and service design experience is a plus.
