Position & Responsibilities

As part of a global delivery program, you will work locally with another developer and a business analyst, in direct interaction with equity traders and sales teams in Hong Kong. You will also collaborate closely with project managers and technical teams based in Paris.

Key responsibilities include:

• Redesigning and scaling a structured products pricing application to support up to 3× higher transaction volumes.
• Developing and enhancing structured product features based on sales term sheets and business requirements.
• Modeling complex financial products in close collaboration with quants and traders.
• Refactoring and modularizing the application to improve scalability and maintainability, including API-based architectures.
• Integrating market data, pricing engines, and operational workflows into a Front-to-Back ecosystem.
• Optimizing application performance, including pricing algorithms and computation efficiency.
• Working with quant and architecture teams to ensure robustness, scalability, and long-term sustainability of the platform.
• Producing clear technical documentation and maintaining awareness of innovations in structured products and pricing technologies.
• Contributing to the Paris-led delivery lifecycle, including Agile iterations, design and study phases, development, unit testing, regression testing, and production releases.

Required Skills:

• Excellent mastery of .Net, C#, REST Apis, Web services
• SQL and relational databases
• Strong software architecture and code optimization skills (multithreading, scalability, memory management).
• Experience working in Agile and SCRUM
• 6 to 8 years of experience as a developer with Microsoft technologies and the technologies mentioned above (a relevant degree is an asset).
• Good knowledge of financial products in equity markets
