Role Overview

We are looking for a Platform Engineer to help build, operate, and evolve our cloud-native platform. You will work closely with engineering and product teams to enable secure, scalable, and highly automated delivery of banking-grade systems.

This role suits someone who enjoys ownership, automation, and building platforms that empower development teams to move fast while staying compliant.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with development and product teams in a fast-paced delivery environment.
• Design, build, and operate a modern, automated, cloud-native CI/CD platform.
• Provision, manage, and optimize cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code.
• Ensure platform security, reliability, compliance, and regulatory alignment for banking systems.
• Implement and maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting for platform and applications.
• Promote DevOps best practices, automation, and continuous improvement across teams.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong understanding of DevOps principles and best practices for building automated delivery platforms.
• Experience designing and operating highly scalable, resilient, and fault-tolerant systems.

• Cloud platform experience with AWS (preferred), GCP, or Azure.

• Infrastructure as Code experience using Terraform, CloudFormation, or Pulumi.
• Containerization and orchestration experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Strong knowledge of Linux/UNIX, networking fundamentals, and TCP/IP.
• Practical experience with Git workflows (Git Flow, Trunk-based development, GitHub Flow).
• Solid understanding and hands-on practice with Agile / Lean methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Self-driven, proactive, and able to deliver solutions end-to-end with minimal supervision.

• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
