DevOps Engineer – FinTech

About the Role

We are seeking a DevOps Engineer to design, implement, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-availability infrastructure supporting our fintech platforms. You will work closely with engineering, security, and product teams to ensure reliable deployment pipelines, cloud infrastructure optimization, and regulatory compliance in a fast-paced financial technology environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support rapid and secure software releases.
• Manage cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP) using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, etc.).
• Monitor system performance, availability, and security of mission-critical financial applications.

• Automate deployment, scaling, and configuration management processes.

• Implement containerization and orchestration solutions (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, security best practices, and data protection standards.
• Collaborate with development teams to improve system reliability, scalability, and performance.
• Conduct incident response, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Atleast 5 years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or Cloud Engineering.
• Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, etc.).

• Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).

• Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash, or similar).

• Strong understanding of networking, security, and system architecture.
