Job Responsibilities:

• Architect, develop, and sustain high-performance applications on the Solana blockchain.
• Produce clean, efficient, and maintainable code that complies with best practices and security protocols.
• Enhance performance and manage volume effectively to ensure seamless operations at scale.
• Offer operational insights and identify potential pitfalls to guarantee the reliability and optimal functioning of Solana services.
• Investigate and resolve complex challenges across the technology stack, providing practical and scalable solutions.
• Perform technical research and suggest improvements to the technology stack.
• Continuously refine development processes and workflows.
• Develop smart contracts on Solana (IMPORTANT).

Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience in Solana blockchain development, with a robust portfolio of completed projects.
• Deep understanding of Solana's architecture and ecosystem, particularly in relation to smart contracts and DeFi protocols.
• Comprehensive knowledge of coding best practices, security measures, and performance enhancement techniques.
• Strong proficiency in English communication, both written and verbal.
• Proven problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
• Experienced in developing and deploying production-grade Solana contracts.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with additional blockchain technologies, such as Ethereum, Cosmos, or Bitcoin.
• Familiarity with DeFi protocols and NFT ecosystems.
• Previous experience in dynamic, growth-oriented companies or startups.
