Our client is seeking Frontend Engineers to join their Private Banking team,  delivering innovative front-to-back technology solutions for high-net-worth clients across Asia and Australia. Our team is building cutting-edge digital experiences (web and mobile) using modern technologies like React JS, Stencil JS, GraphQL, and a framework-agnostic design system.

Your Role
As a Frontend Engineer, you will:

• Develop and implement highly responsive user interface components.
• Build robust front-end architecture to support scalable and seamless user experiences.
• Contribute to microservices development.
• Prototype and redesign features to enhance user experiences.
• Participate in code reviews and collaborate on technical and architecture designs.
• Monitor and optimize front-end performance for speed and reliability.
• Mentor and guide new development team members.
• Document application changes to ensure clarity and maintainability.

What Were Looking For
Mandatory Requirements:

• Strong proficiency in modern JavaScript and expertise in data structures and problem-solving.
• Hands-on experience with modern JavaScript libraries/frameworks (preferably React JS).
• Proven ability to build advanced, responsive layouts.
• Expertise in UI architecture, component/framework design, and browser-based debugging.
• Solid experience with REST APIs, JSON, and Test-Driven Development (TDD).
• Familiarity with HTTP protocol, performance tuning, concurrency handling, and caching mechanisms.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience with DevOps tools, Git workflows, and CI/CD systems.

Bonus Points For:

• Experience with testing frameworks like Selenium or Playwright.
• Knowledge of Docker and containerization.
• Understanding of backend systems and microservices.
