The Role

As a Solana Blockchain Engineer, youll be at the forefront of Web3 development, designing and maintaining high-performance applications on the Solana blockchain. Youll collaborate with a cross-functional team to build scalable, secure, and efficient blockchain solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop & Maintain: Build high-performance applications and smart contracts on Solana using Rust.
• Optimize & Scale: Ensure smooth operations under high transaction volume.
• Collaborate & Ship: Work closely with backend, mobile, QA, and product teams to develop robust blockchain solutions.
• Enhance Security & Performance: Follow best practices in coding, security, and performance optimization.
• Solve & Innovate: Tackle complex technical challenges and propose scalable solutions.
• Code & Mentor: Conduct code reviews and knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Stay Ahead: Research new blockchain trends and technologies to enhance the development stack.

What Were Looking For

• Proven experience in Solana blockchain development (portfolio or live projects required)
• Mastery in Rust (or strong skills in another language with the ability to transition to Solana)
• Deep understanding of Solanas architecture, smart contracts, and DeFi protocols
• Proficiency in Git/GitHub for version control
• Experience with Postgres, Redis, or NoSQL databases
• Strong understanding of security best practices in blockchain development
• Excellent team collaboration and communication skills (English required)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment

Nice-to-Have

• Experience with other blockchains (Ethereum, Cosmos, Bitcoin)
• Knowledge of DeFi protocols & NFT ecosystems
• Familiarity with Kafka, Docker, Kubernetes
• Background in high-growth startups or fast-paced tech environments
