We are seeking an Senior C++ Developer to head our client's  Team. This is a unique Prime Brokerage opportunity to work at the forefront of crypto trading technology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of 4 engineers across the APAC region.
• Design, develop, and optimize low-latency solutions for crypto trading platforms.
• Collaborate closely with traders and strategy developers in Hong Kong to enhance market-making capabilities.
• Drive innovation and ensure the team delivers high-performance, scalable systems.

Requirements:

• Strong expertise in C++ development
• Experience leading engineering teams, preferably in financial services or crypto trading.
• Familiarity with crypto is a plus, but not mandatory.
• Proven ability to work in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
