  • Relevant experience in Microwave Network Connectivity.
  • Strong technical foundation in RF engineering principles, including link budget analysis and antenna optimization
  • Comprehensive knowledge of network protocols including TCP/UDP, BGP, OSPF, multicast implementations, and PTP time synchronization
  • Demonstrated expertise with network hardware platforms (Arista, Cisco, Juniper) and implementing low-latency networking strategies
  • Practical experience optimizing network performance, conducting latency measurements, and performing packet-level analysis using tools like Wireshark and tcpdump
  • Proficient with Linux networking environments, scripting/automation (Python, Bash, Ansible), and network monitoring solutions
  • Working knowledge of AWS and GCP cloud networking architecture

Good to Have

  • Hands-on experience with dark fiber deployments, optical networking technologies, and custom RF solutions
  • Previous work in low-latency environments, financial market infrastructure, or telecommunications network design
  • Expertise with precision time synchronization technologies (PTP, GPS-based timing, atomic clock systems)
  • Capability to implement robust network security measures, redundancy configurations, and failover mechanisms
  • Exceptional diagnostic and problem-solving abilities in time-sensitive, business-critical production environments
