As a Windows Engineer, you will administer and support an existing Windows-based environment while also helping to plan, design, and deploy new systems required to meet evolving business needs.

• Administer the APAC Active Directory infrastructure, including integration with Entra ID (Azure AD)
• Manage On-Prem AD and Entra ID, including Conditional Access, Identity Protection, and RBAC
• Support and maintain Windows desktop and server deployments across APAC

• Administer and support a hybrid Exchange Online / on-prem Exchange environment

• Maintain an SCCM infrastructure for deployments and patching

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in APAC, and support US/EMEA teams during APAC hours as needed

• Resolve issues related to Windows endpoints, Intune enrollment, and Microsoft cloud services
• Implement and enforce security best practices across Windows, Entra ID, and Exchange Online
• Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for automation, reporting, and configuration (on-prem + M365)

Requirement:

• Minimum 3 years experience in a similar Windows Engineering role

• Strong experience with Windows 10/11 and Windows Server 2016/2019/2022

• Solid understanding of Windows OS internals, Group Policy, and endpoint security

• Strong hands-on experience with Active Directory / Entra ID / Azure AD, including identity lifecycle and access management

• Proven experience administering and troubleshooting Exchange Online

• Proven experience managing Microsoft Intune in a production environment

• Demonstrated ability to deliver complex technical projects end-to-end

• Strong automation skills using PowerShell (or similar scripting tools)

• Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

• A creative problem-solving mindset with a track record of solving challenging issues
