Python Developer Equities Trading System

Our client is seeking an experienced Python Developer to join their team focused on building and revamping trading systems within the equities domain. You will work on enhancing order execution systems, supporting automation efforts, and collaborating with front-office teams to deliver high-performance solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and enhance Python-based trading systems, focusing on order execution and system automation.

• Collaborate closely with front-office teams to understand requirements and optimize workflows.

• Work on system enhancements to improve scalability, performance, and functionality.

• Provide ongoing support for trading system automation and optimization.

• Focus on Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.

Required Skills:

• At least 5 years of experience, strong proficiency in Python programming.

• Experience in developing and maintaining trading systems, particularly in equities.

• Knowledge of order execution processes and trading platforms.

• Familiarity with automation systems and enhancing system efficiencies.

• Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles.

• Ability to work in an Agile environment and collaborate with front-office teams.
