We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of solutions for the re-platforming of our core banking supervision systems. The successful candidate should have a deep understanding of banking supervision requirements, regulations, and industry trends. You will work closely with stakeholders to identify business needs, develop solutions, and ensure that our systems meet the highest standards of quality, security, and compliance.

Solution Architect - Application Support

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop solutions that meet the needs of our organization and the financial institutions we regulate
• Design and implement architecture solutions that align with industry trends, regulations, and best practices for banking supervision
• Lead the re-platforming of our core banking supervision systems, including the integration with existing systems, and migration of existing data
• Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and meet the highest standards of quality and compliance
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, solution designs, and technical requirements
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure solutions are implemented correctly and meet the required standards
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies that impact banking supervision

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Minimum 4 years of experience in software architecture, with a focus on banking related systems is a plus
• Good understanding of banking supervision regulations
• In-depth knowledge of the following technologies: Microsoft Dynamics CRM, SharePoint development
• Strong knowledge of software development methodologies, including Agile and DevOps and tools such as Java, .NET Core, React, Kong
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with stakeholders at all levels
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyse complex technical problems and develop creative solutions
