Senior Support Analyst

 Job Description:

Position Description

  • We are looking for an experienced production support professional to join the TechOps
  • team in Hong Kong. The main responsibility of the team is to provide Level 1 and Level 2
  • support on the FICC and EQD Front to Back Office systems including both in-house
  • applications and vendor platforms like TBricks, Imagine and Calypso to business users.

Key Areas of Responsibilities

  • Provide functional support on Calypso and other systems to a broad range of users.
  • Maintain documentation on operational procedures and technical environment configuration.
  • Manage change requests from development and infrastructure teams and other configuration changes
  • Incident escalation and management.
  • Configure system monitoring rules and respond to monitoring alerts.
  • Implement tactical automation.
  • Perform BCP drills and help with IT security and audit review.
  • Lead projects related to new system and server deployment.
  • Other tasks as directed by the manager.

Requirements

  • Degree/Master degree in IT, Computer Science of related fields
  • Around 5 years of experience of relevant system support experience
  • Good knowledge of SQL
  • Proficiency in Linux server commands and shell scripts
  • Good understanding of server and network infrastructure
  • Proven problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Good communication skills in English.
  • Very strong attention to details
  • Able to work under pressure
