Key Areas of Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes.
• Design UI elements and tools such as navigation menus, input controls, search boxes, tabs, and widgets for our digital assets.
• Provide standardized web application style guides, UI toolkits, design patterns and attractive user interfaces for responsive website, mobile app and responsive email.
• Incorporate customer feedback, usage metrics, and usability findings into design
• Implementation of UI/UX best practices and principles across all our digital platforms
• Identify and troubleshoot responsive UX problems
• Create and coordinate UI testing plans.
• Collaborate effectively with software engineers, production teams and users.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's Degree or higher
• Around 12-15 years of related experience, at least recent 5 years experience in UI/UX design
• Expert in creating user flows, storyboards, wireframes, prototypes, mockups
• Experience in responsive web design and mobile design tools
• Proficient with visual design programs such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe XD, Sketch
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple milestones and projects efficiently
• Experience with coding and ability to troubleshoot using HTML, SCSS, React, React Native and comparable languages
• Ability to learn and work with emerging technologies, methodologies and solutions
• Understanding of Agile methodologies and UI / UX testing
• Ability to collaborate across organizational boundaries, build relationships and achieve broader organizational goals
• Visual, written, and verbal communication skills
• Excellent communication skills in English, and Mandarin will be a plus
• Candidate with more experience could be considered as Head of Delivery
