My client, a leader in Hong Kong's financial services landscape is embarking on a exciting journey to simplify and transform their business and IT landscape through a multi-year digitalization program. They are expanding the Digital, Data, and AI teams, and are currently seeking a QA Engineer to join them.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement detailed test plans and cases for AI systems and web applications, including chatbots.
• Create, maintain, and execute both automated and manual test scripts to assess system functionality.
• Identify and document defects, working closely with development teams to resolve issues and enhance system quality.
• Conduct various testing types, such as performance, functional, and regression, to ensure a seamless user experience across platforms.

Skills and Experience for success:

• Bachelors degree in Information Systems, IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 4 years of experience in quality assurance, particularly with AI or machine learning systems.
• Strong knowledge of machine learning principles, natural language processing, and AI model performance metrics.
• Proficient in web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and experienced with test automation tools like Selenium and Postman.
