Key Responsibilities:

• Daily Fund Operations: Oversee fund operations, including client onboarding, risk disclosures, and account maintenance with custodians.​

• Performance Monitoring: Evaluate the performance (NAV) of external fund managers.

• Cash and Settlement Management: Monitor settlement status of cash activities and perform cash reconciliation.​

• Reporting: Produce managerial reports, including portfolio performance and key control metrics for senior management.​
• Stakeholder Management: Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, such as custodians, trustees, fund administrators, IT vendors, and legal counsels.
• System Enhancements: Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new system enhancements.​
• Project Support: Assist in the implementation of new funds, process improvements, and ad hoc projects.​

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher.​

• At least 4 years of experience in asset management.​

• Knowledge of equity and fixed income products.​

• Proficiency in Excel

• Fluency in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English is preferred.
