Key Responsibilities:

• Develop high-quality UX designs, including wireframes, prototypes, and visual assets.
• Design intuitive UI elements and tools for web and mobile applications.
• Establish and maintain design standards, UI toolkits, and style guides.
• Incorporate user feedback, data insights, and usability testing into designs.
• Ensure best UI/UX practices across all digital platforms.
• Identify and resolve responsive design issues.
• Plan and coordinate UI testing.
• Work closely with developers, product teams, and stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• 10-15 years of relevant experience, with at least 5 years in UI/UX design.
• Proficiency in wireframing, prototyping, and user flow design.
• Strong experience with responsive web and mobile design tools.
• Skilled in Adobe XD, Photoshop, Sketch, and similar design programs.
• Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.
• Familiarity with HTML, SCSS, React, React Native, and front-end troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and UI/UX testing.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills (English; Mandarin is a plus).
