* Focused on analyse and automize trading stack

* maximize performance

* latency issue

* key advisor to recommend technology se up and improve trading performance

* backend only one person

* Low latency technology

* Capture and evaluate data

* for performance solutions and automated process

* collect data

Tech skills required: Linux - Networking - Python / C++, FPGA

* Excellent communication skills

Nice to have

- trading infrastructure, exchange connectivity, trading system, financial markets

5+ years experience

Based in Hong Kong

2-3 weeks review CV

- can relocate people, but prefer based in Hong Kong

- If they want to based in China, can based in Shanghai
