• Provide day-to-day technical support to end-users
• Manage organization user accounts, network equipment and servers.
• Responsible for hardware and software, including, but not limited to procurement, set up, upgrade and maintenance
• Communicate with hardware and software vendors to ensure the provision of effective work orders
• Support in automating workflow by scripting
• Participate in design of IT infrastructure for new business initiatives and assist in adoption of new technology

Skills required:

• A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Engineering or related discipline
• You have 1-2 years experience in IT industry, fresh graduates are also welcome
• You are passionate about learning new technology
• You ideally have exposure to OS (Windows & Linux) installation configuration, troubleshooting, network device and hardware
• Proficient in spoken and written Chinese and English
