Join a dynamic, operations-focused change team supporting the Private Wealth Management (PWM) business across Asia and Australia. We are seeking a highly motivated Business Analyst with a strong background in banking operations and project delivery to join our Operations Change team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and execute strategic and tactical projects supporting PWM Operations

• Conduct detailed business analysis and deliver innovative, scalable solutions

• Lead working groups, track project progress, and manage stakeholder communication

• Collaborate with Technology, Business, and Control partners to implement enhancements

• Ensure documentation is audit-ready, with full traceability across the project lifecycle

What Were Looking For:

• Proven experience in banking operations with solid project and business analysis skills

• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration abilities

• Ability to work independently while influencing across teams and senior stakeholders

• Knowledge of wealth management products and operations is a strong advantage

• Strong written and verbal communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
