As a Network Specialist you will develop, maintain and implement next-generation datacentre network infrastructure including different brand of network switches, routers and firewalls. You should have experience in software-defined networking with automation skills for device configuration management, orchestration and provisioning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day operations support on network infrastructure including configuration, administration, health check, traffic analysis and problem resolution.
• Participate in network and security enhancement and revamp projects.
• Serve as subject matter expert to the team in the areas of data network design, capabilities, operation, and maintenance.

Requirements:

• University degree in information technology, computer engineering or related fields.
• At least 7-year experience in implementation and support of large-scale mission critical network infrastructure.
• Proven expertise and hands-on experience in a subset of the following: o Routing and switching such as TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, NAT, QoS, VXLAN, SD-WAN, VRF and VPN o Spine-Leaf network architecture and SDN (e.g. Cisco ACI) o Firewalls o Network segmentation.
• Strong troubleshooting skills on data, voice and video networks.
• In-depth knowledge in network segmentation through various technologies such as routing and virtual networking.
• Ambitions to learn new technologies as well as a good team player.
• Good writing and communication skills
• Trilingual: English, Cantonese, Mandarin

Preferred Skills:

• Professional certifications: CCNP / CCIE / CISSP or equivalent
• Hands on experience in cloud virtual networking and security especially Zero Trust network security models and deployment
• Experience in programming language (e.g. Python) and Ansible for network automation
• Hands on experience in design and implementation on various brand network equipment
