Full-Stack Engineer (High-Performance Web Systems)
Job Description:
What You Will Do
- Legacy Transformation: Reverse-engineer complex business logic from C# WPF systems and architect modern, scalable equivalents in a web-native environment.
- Data Pipeline Engineering: Architect and optimize the end-to-end WebSocket pipeline, implementing advanced techniques like binary serialization (Protobuf), message routing, and bounded channel queuing.
- High-Frequency UI: Develop real-time data visualizations and grids that handle thousands of updates per second with zero UI lag using Web Workers and custom rendering strategies.
- Infrastructure Collaboration: Partner with trading and infra teams to bridge the gap between low-latency backend services and the end-user experience.
- Quality & Resilience: Establish automated testing frameworks for real-time systems and provide tier-2 production support to ensure 24/7 system reliability.
Requirements
- Backend Expertise:
- 5+ years of professional experience in .NET / C# development, specifically with ASP.NET Core Web API.
- Strong proficiency with Entity Framework Core and MSSQL (or similar relational databases).
- Experience implementing and managing Redis or similar caching solutions.

- Frontend Mastery:
- Deep proficiency in Vue.js (Vue 3) and TypeScript.
- Experience with Pinia for state management and Tailwind CSS for styling.
- Hands-on experience with high-performance data grid libraries (e.g., VXE Table).
- Real-Time Systems & Performance:
- Proven track record building real-time applications using WebSockets, SSE, or similar streaming technologies.
- Expertise in high-performance rendering techniques: virtual scrolling, efficient DOM updates, and handling massive real-time datasets.
- Experience with Web Workers for offloading CPU-intensive tasks to maintain UI responsiveness.
- Knowledge of Protobuf serialization and working with binary data protocols.
- Architecture & Security:
- Solid understanding of modern authentication systems, including OAuth 2.0, SAML, and SSO.
- Ability to establish and maintain automated testing practices and frameworks.
