About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on System Engineer to support the day-to-day IT operations of a local Hong Kong office. You will work in a small IT team and handle a broad range of infrastructure, end-user support and technical troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day IT and end-user support for the Hong Kong office
• Troubleshoot Windows, hardware, software and connectivity issues
• Support Windows / Active Directory / Microsoft 365 environments
• Troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, switches and other network-related issues
• Manage IT incidents and service requests through ticketing systems
• Support user onboarding, account access, hardware setup and software deployment
• Coordinate with vendors and external parties when required
• Assist with IT infrastructure projects, office moves and other technical initiatives
• Maintain IT documentation and follow internal IT processes
• Take ownership of issues and provide hands-on technical support

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in System Engineering, IT Support, Infrastructure or a related role
• Hands-on experience with Windows, Active Directory and end-user support
• Good exposure to network troubleshooting and general IT infrastructure
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and IT ticketing/service management
• Good communication skills in English and Cantonese
• Hands-on, proactive and willing to learn
• Comfortable working in a small team and handling a broad range of IT responsibilities
• Must be based in Hong Kong with valid local working rights
