Quant Developer (Rust) - Crypto
Job Description:
Responsibilities

Develop and deploy cross-venue liquidity strategies grounded in deep knowledge of market microstructure, order book behavior, and execution optimization.

Design and build scalable, fault-tolerant trading infrastructure capable of supporting 24/7 crypto market operations across both centralized and decentralized venues.

Architect ultra-low-latency trading systems that can execute strategies concurrently across CeFi and DeFi platforms with high reliability and minimal latency.

Implement comprehensive monitoring, alerting, and automated recovery mechanisms to ensure continuous and resilient trading operations.
What we look for

Strong understanding of market-making principles, including spread modeling, inventory management, adverse selection, and order-flow toxicity.

Experience designing or running cross-venue trading strategies, including arbitrage detection and venue-specific execution optimization.

Solid knowledge of network protocols (TCP/UDP), low-level performance tuning, and WebSocket connectivity.

Proficiency in Rust or C++ for building high-performance, latency-sensitive systems.

Proven experience developing high-performance, low-latency distributed systems in production.

Familiarity with both cloud platforms (AWS, AliCloud, GCP) and on-premise infrastructure.

Genuine passion for trading and strong interest in the crypto ecosystem.

Experience working with backtesting engines, simulation frameworks, or research pipelines.
