Quant Developer (Rust) - Crypto

 Job Description:

Responsibilities

  • Develop and deploy cross-venue liquidity strategies grounded in deep knowledge of market microstructure, order book behavior, and execution optimization.

  • Design and build scalable, fault-tolerant trading infrastructure capable of supporting 24/7 crypto market operations across both centralized and decentralized venues.

  • Architect ultra-low-latency trading systems that can execute strategies concurrently across CeFi and DeFi platforms with high reliability and minimal latency.

  • Implement comprehensive monitoring, alerting, and automated recovery mechanisms to ensure continuous and resilient trading operations.


What we look for

  • Strong understanding of market-making principles, including spread modeling, inventory management, adverse selection, and order-flow toxicity.

  • Experience designing or running cross-venue trading strategies, including arbitrage detection and venue-specific execution optimization.

  • Solid knowledge of network protocols (TCP/UDP), low-level performance tuning, and WebSocket connectivity.

  • Proficiency in Rust or C++ for building high-performance, latency-sensitive systems.

  • Proven experience developing high-performance, low-latency distributed systems in production.

  • Familiarity with both cloud platforms (AWS, AliCloud, GCP) and on-premise infrastructure.

  • Genuine passion for trading and strong interest in the crypto ecosystem.

  • Experience working with backtesting engines, simulation frameworks, or research pipelines.
