Technical BA/PM - Investment Platform
Job Description:
We are seeking a Technical Business Analyst / Project Manager to support the delivery and enhancement of enterprise technology platforms and business applications across financial services environments.
This role will be responsible for partnering with business and technology stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translate business needs into functional specifications, and manage project delivery across the full project lifecycle. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving initiatives from planning through implementation, ensuring alignment between business objectives and technology solutions.
The position requires strong stakeholder management skills, the ability to coordinate across multiple teams, and experience delivering complex system or platform initiatives within regulated or enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of technology and platform initiatives, ensuring successful execution across the project lifecycle
- Conduct detailed business and system analysis, translating user requirements into clear functional and technical specifications
- Drive project execution with defined milestones, timelines, and deliverables aligned to business objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including business users, IT teams, data teams, and external vendors where applicable
- Consolidate, prioritize, and validate requirements from multiple stakeholders to ensure feasibility and consistency
- Monitor project progress, identify risks and dependencies, and implement mitigation plans to support timely delivery
- Facilitate communication and alignment between technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Support testing, deployment, and post-implementation activities to ensure solution quality and operational stability
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives and support ongoing platform enhancements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related discipline
- 5+ years of experience in IT project delivery, business analysis, or platform implementation within enterprise or financial services environments
- Proven experience managing projects end-to-end, including planning, execution, stakeholder coordination, and delivery management
- Strong business analysis skills, including requirement gathering, documentation, and process mapping
- Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders across business and technology teams
- Solid understanding of system architecture, platform integration, and data flows
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to drive discussions and alignment across teams
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
