Risk Technology Lead

About the Role
We are looking for a Risk Technology Lead to help design and deliver a modern risk platform that supports enterprise-wide risk management. This platform enables teams to measure, analyze, and report on financial risks, including market and credit risk exposures.
In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams—including risk managers, traders, quantitative analysts, and engineers—to build scalable and reliable technology solutions. You will contribute to both regional initiatives and global platform development, helping ensure systems support real-time insights, regulatory requirements, and data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders across risk, trading, quantitative analysis, and technology to deliver risk management solutions
- Support the rollout and adoption of risk technology platforms across regions
- Contribute to modern engineering practices such as CI/CD, automated testing, and cloud-native development
- Ensure systems are secure, scalable, and performant, especially when handling sensitive data
- Assist in delivering projects aligned with regulatory and compliance requirements
- Help manage priorities, including backlog planning, technical debt, and feature delivery
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in project or product management within financial technology or a related field
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and DevOps practices
- Experience working with large-scale software applications
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in financial services, particularly in areas such as market risk, credit risk, or risk analytics
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
- Experience working in a global or distributed team environment
