We're looking for an experienced Algo Trading / SOR Developer to join a high-performing team building next-generation trading infrastructure in Hong Kong. If you've built execution algorithms from the ground up and thrive in low-latency environments, this could be a great fit.

What You'll Do

• Design and build a low-latency, high-throughput EMS / Smart Order Router (SOR)
• Develop intelligent routing strategies based on liquidity, latency, execution quality, and cost
• Partner closely with traders and product teams to enhance algorithmic capabilities
• Monitor and optimize systems in live trading environments
• Improve system resilience and performance
• Support production trading systems when needed
• Leverage AI tools to enhance productivity and decision-making

What We're Looking For

• 8+ years of experience in algorithmic trading / routing strategy development
• Strong Java background
• Experience in low-latency / high-frequency trading (HFT) environments
• Solid knowledge of market data, tick data, and real-time processing
• Familiarity with OMS/EMS, market gateways, and trading system architecture
• Strong understanding of concurrency, networking, and memory management
• Experience working in Linux environments

Nice to Have

• Experience in crypto or DeFi markets
• Exposure to trade internalization or crossing networks
• Cloud/DevOps experience (AWS, GCP)
