Responsibilities

Business Partnering

Serve as a strategic HR partner to global leadership team, ensuring HR strategies are aligned with business objectives to drive organisational success

Support the leadership team and business leaders with strategic HR insights, talent management, performance management, workforce and compensation / rewards planning

Lead the planning and execution of HR initiatives, ensuring efficient delivery and alignment with organisational goals

Continually work to identify opportunities for process improvement and transfer of workflows to enhance efficiencies and self-service delivery models

Partner with leadership to leverage analytics for workforce planning, talent gap identification, and strategy development

Build strong relationships across the organisation, fostering collaboration between HR, business functions, and regional teams

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to address compliance risks and adopt HR best practices

Talent Development

To work closely with stakeholders to identify high potential employees, track their developments and retention success

To source, develop and implement talent assessment tools, build tailor-made development plans and executive coaching or workshops for targeted talents

To support organizational transformation (i.e. change management) initiatives and inspire changes

Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding:

Lead the Talent Acquisition process helping to attract, interview, select, develop and retain the best talents

Work with Global Leadership team to analyse recruitment trends, staff turnover, or other market variables that may impact team and make necessary changes

Compensations & Benefits:

Facilitate compensation benchmark and ensure compensation competitiveness in the region

Lead the design and development of the Rewards program across Asia

Lead Annual Salary Review, and the Annual Performance Appraisal Analysis

Requirements

15+ years Human Resource leadership experience with a proven track record in business partnering and talent management in sizeable multi-national companies

Strong business acumen with regional or global exposure

Strategic thinking and coherent People Transformation roadmap with business objectives

Stakeholder's management skill, deal with complexity with a strong influencing skill

Computer literacy and conversant with labour regulations of Asian markets

Knowledge about mainland China and exposure / experience in an international environment is a plus

Good spoken / written English and Chinese is essential
