Production Support Engineer
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day support for our crypto business lines, including client trading, lending, proprietary trading, settlement, and risk.

Build and improve automation tools to reduce manual work and increase support efficiency.

Monitor system performance, quickly identify issues, and ensure smooth, uninterrupted operations.

Troubleshoot and debug complex applications (primarily Java and Python).

Partner with developers to deliver fixes, enhancements, and long-term improvements.

Work with global teams to ensure seamless 24/7 support coverage.

Create and maintain support documentation, run books, and knowledge articles.

Communicate clearly with clients, understand their needs, and keep them updated on issue status.

Identify opportunities to improve systems, processes, and reliability.
Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.

4-8 years of experience in production support or engineering ideally in finance, trading, or real-time systems.

Strong SQL skills and proficiency in at least one programming/scripting language (Java or Python preferred).

Experience handling incidents, performing root-cause analysis, and solving problems in production environments.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to build strong client relationships and deliver exceptional service.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities.

Fluency in English.
