About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical professional to join the Private Wealth Regulatory Reporting team. This role is responsible for the preparation, validation, and delivery of regulatory reports, as well as supporting data controls and reporting enhancements across Hong Kong and Singapore regulatory regimes.

This is a hands-on role suited for candidates with strong data skills and experience in regulatory reporting or operations within financial services.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review periodic regulatory reports in accordance with HKMA and MAS requirements
• Perform data extraction, validation, and reconciliation across multiple systems and data sources
• Act as maker/checker to ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of regulatory submissions
• Partner with Compliance, Risk, Finance, and Operations to clarify reporting requirements and resolve data issues
• Support implementation of regulatory changes and assess impact on existing reporting processes
• Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) for reporting enhancements and automation initiatives
• Maintain and update reporting procedures and documentation
• Handle ad hoc regulatory requests and internal management reporting

Requirements

• 3–7 years of experience in regulatory reporting, operations, or finance data roles within banking or financial services
• Hands-on experience preparing or supporting regulatory reports (HKMA / MAS preferred)
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (large datasets, reconciliation, data validation)
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders across Compliance, Risk, and Finance
• Familiarity with data tools (e.g., SQL, Power BI) is an advantage
• Understanding of Private Wealth Management products is a plus

• Exposure to regulatory reporting templates and submission processes
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive and willing to take ownership of reporting deliverables
