Senior IAM Engineer

As a Senior IAM Engineer, you will play a key role in managing, improving and securing the Identity & Access Management (IAM) infrastructure. You make sure the right people have access to the right resources at the right time and no more than that. You will work in a multidisciplinary team and be involved in strategic decisions around access governance, automation and compliance.

What you will do

• Designing, implementing, and maintaining IAM solutions (such as Azure AD, Okta, SailPoint, CyberArk, etc.)
• Developing policies and procedures around identity lifecycle management, role-based access control (RBAC) and privileged access management (PAM)
• Collaborate with security, compliance, and IT teams to minimize risk
• Supporting audits and regulatory compliance (e.g., ISO27001, NIS2, GDPR)
• Leading IAM projects and coaching junior engineers
• Optimizing onboarding and offboarding processes through automation (e.g., through scripts or tools like Terraform/Ansible)

What you bring

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IAM or a similar cybersecurity role
• Deep knowledge of IAM concepts and technologies (SSO, MFA, LDAP, SCIM, OAuth, SAML, etc.)
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud) and integrations with IAM tools
• Proficient with scripting (e.g. PowerShell, Python) and CI/CD pipelines
• Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude
• [Optional] Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, Microsoft Identity and Access Administrator (SC-300), or similar
